Thank you for being here! This site is where I share my love for plant-based cooking, creating with natural ingredients, and eating with the rhythm of the seasons.

Cooking mostly with plants and creating whole, seasonal, vegetable-focused meals is a way for me to nurture my creativity, while connecting with the earth and with the people I love.

I created this site (formerly called The Green Life) in 2015 after my holistic nutrition studies, as a space to share my health and wellness journey. The site has evolved with me throughout the years - I’ve changed a lot and so has my cooking style. Many of the recipes that were on my original website are not here anymore - simply because they’re not representative of my current way of cooking and creating, or my approach to nourishment and wellbeing. (If you’re looking for an old recipe though, send me a note and I’ll be happy to email it to you).

I now cook and eat very intuitively, without restrictions or foods to avoid, but with a sincere love for the earth and all that she has to offer. The recipes you will find here are a reflection of this philosophy. They’re meant to be loved and shared; I hope they provide comfort, beauty and nourishment.
